Missouri river flood

In March 2019, rivers in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa reached historic levels leading to disastrous flooding. Hundreds of people have been forced to evacuate and the beginning of the agricultural season is likely to be impacted.

This Landmapper-BC image was taken on March, 19th and clearly shows the abnormal size of the Missouri river covering a hug amount of surface area. The image is processed to Natural color and placed over the Bing Aerial base layer for reference.
