Voyager Space Secures Air Force $900 Million Contract

Voyager Space, a subsidiary of Valley Tech Systems, has been awarded a significant contract by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The contract, which has a ceiling value of $900 million, was granted by the AFLCMC’s Architecture and Integration Directorate. The purpose of the contract is to develop innovative open architecture intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems.

Valley Tech Systems, an engineering company specializing in controllable solid propulsion and open architecture airborne ISR technologies, will contribute to various aspects of the project. This includes modeling, simulation and analysis, capability development, cost analysis, software development, and advanced synthetic/virtual simulator environments development for operational test and training.

The acquisition of Valley Tech Systems by Voyager Space in October 2021 has further strengthened their capabilities in this field. Frank Morgan, the COO of Voyager Space, expressed his excitement about the award, stating that it is a significant milestone for the company. He emphasized the importance of their contributions to the US Air Force and their commitment to supporting them throughout the entire process, from concept development to implementation and support.
