Novaeka Reports Strong Growth and Strategic Advancements in Aerospace Sector

Padua, July 19, 2024Marino Moro, CEO of Novaeka S.r.l., one of the few worldwide companies specialising in rocket engine testing, announces the company’s positive performance, highlighting the milestones achieved and future prospects in the terrestrial and flight aerospace sector.

“We are pleased with the results achieved by Novaeka in recent years. Our company, although young, has undergone a significant transformation, evolving from a simple engineering entity to a true strategic and design partner for our clients. This growth has been possible thanks to our ability to innovate and develop internal and external solutions for the design and partial execution of facilities for testing launcher engines and cargo spacecraft. Additionally, we are present in the software sector related to the numerical simulation of complex systems.

In 2022, we recorded a turnover of 670,000 euros, which increased to 1,300,000 euros in 2023, and is expected to reach 2,000,000 euros in 2024. The backlog for 2025 is already at 70% of the projected 2024 revenue. EBITDA has also followed an upward and linear trajectory, reflecting the solidity and sustainability of our operations. These numbers testify to our economic growth and the trust our clients place in our expertise and the quality of our services.

Our team, composed of aerospace engineers, software engineers, and mathematicians, represents one of our greatest assets. Thanks to them, we can tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that position us as leaders in the testing of launcher engines and cargo spacecraft and in software technologies, Digital Twin, and GenAI. Our ability to closely cooperate with clients during all phases of work, from design to testing, allows us to ensure the high quality and safety of our services.

Novaeka stands out as one of the few companies worldwide in such a specific niche. Our experience allows us to simulate extreme conditions, anticipating malfunctions, for example. Looking to the future, we are ready to seize the opportunities offered by the continuous advancement of space technologies.

Our position in Northeastern Italy, a region known for its manufacturing and technological excellence, offers a strategic advantage. We are convinced that the ability to aggregate skills and resources will allow us to successfully participate in national and international challenges, further strengthening our position in the reference market. Novaeka is pragmatic and aspires to be a benchmark for the Italian and European aerospace industry, working to reduce the development costs of products related to our major enterprises, maintaining their effectiveness and flexibility to test new engines for innovative vectors and/or develop test benches for systems and subsystems (such as FGSE and Test equipment) for the aeronautical and aerospace industry.”

Alessandro Sannini, Senior Advisor of Novaeka S.R.L. and Space Economy Expert, adds: “Novaeka has successfully transitioned from engineering to design. It has remarkable creative and design capabilities, especially in a highly dynamic sector like launchers, where there are already prospects of European and international clients. Secondly, it can become a hub for aggregating deep tech companies throughout Northeastern Italy.”
